Revolutionizing human fitness

FITTER HUMANS LAUNCH

Newsletter Fam -

It’s been a bit since our last newsletter and I’ve missed you all.

Over the last few months I have been thinking about the purpose of this newsletter and it all comes down to this: the pursuit of a FITTER you.

I want to lead people to live a fitter life than they currently are. That starts with making decisions that will positively impact your health. And to make better decisions, you need high quality information that you can trust.

So the formula is simple. Each week I’m going to bring high quality information that I trust, that develops FITTER HUMANS.

If you don’t have any interest in improving your physical performance or upgrading the sharpness of your thoughts, then this newsletter is not for you.

But, if you want to look back 12 months from now and say “I am holistically fitter than I was last year”, then take a seat and join the tribe.

Thanks again for opening this email. A quick reminder which helps this newsletter so so much:

  • Please reply to this message! I love hearing from all of you, but even if you send a simple 'yes.' it tells google (and other email providers) you actually want to get this.

  • If this email landed in your promotions folder, move it to primary to make sure you actually see the next edition!

Thank you for joining the process and I can’t wait for us all to become FITTER HUMANS 👊

The Weight Room Bucket List

Check out this outdoor beach gym in Tulum. I’m a guy who loves to train on vacation and the Jungle Gym has made my list!

FITTER Ideas

Here’s some awesome content I enjoyed this week:

Been putting out tons of content on my Instagram, but here are a few of my favorites:

The Future of Health: Your GENES

The ultimate goal is performance. And we all train with the goal of performance. But, what if I told you we’ve all been missing the secret ingredient that is crucial to achieve peak performance?

We all have different genetic codes. Literally every single one of us has a unique genetic code. Knowing that we’re all made differently, shouldn’t we train that way?

T = Training

  • Sport Training

  • Weight Lifting

  • Nutrition

  • Sleep

  • Recovery

We create “optimal” plans to produce the best possible performance in a match. But we’re missing a massive piece of the equation.

Your genetic code is extremely unique, so shouldn’t your training plan be too?

Our genetics provide insight in to how we (personally) respond to the world around us. It is all about gene expression and every single decision we make effects our gene expression.

If I choose to have caffeine, milk, go for a run, take a cold shower, it all effects my genes!

I use the 3X4genetics Blueprint to start with the most accurate insight into each individual athlete I work with.

In each of the following newsletters I am going to provide stories, research and my applied sport genetic findings. Stay tuned!

POLL: Always striving to make this the best possible newsletter so looking for your feedback:

P.s. please reply to this email with any/all feedback. I love hearing from you all!

Friends and fam, that’s it for this week’s FITTER HUMANS newsletter!

Hope to see you all next week ❤️
