11th Edition: The GP Newsletter IS BACK

THE GP NEWSLETTER IS BACK!

Back and better than ever! Been working so hard over the last few months and excited to announce that my new Soccer Strength Program is now LIVE.
I’m so proud of how it turned out and the support thus far has been incredible.
This program is great for anyone looking for:
Increased resilience to injury
Improved on-field explosiveness and mobility
The greatest competitive edge to 90-minute fitness
I’ll dive more into the program later, but before I get into the GP Newsletter, two quick things:
Hit reply and send a simple 'yes.' It tells google (and other email providers) you actually want to get this.
If this email landed in your promotions folder, move it to primary to make sure you actually see the next edition!
Thank you for joining the process and supporting my vision: to bring everyone access to the training strategies pro soccer players use everyday, that actually get results.
In Today’s Newsletter:
Fix Your Back Pain With 1 Exercise

SAY GOODBYE TO BACK PAIN
I’ve had low back pain since I was 16 from a few sport injuries.
There is not one single exercise that is a cure-all for back pain, but when I consistently add this is one into my weekly routine, my low back seems “happy” during and after my session.
Add this exercise to your weekly routine and watch your back pain disappear.
DG Quick Tip: use this at the beginning of a hinge session. 2 sets of 6-8 reps each side before pulling anything heavy 💪
THE SOCCER STRENGTH PROGRAM
Over the last decade, I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the top soccer players in the world. My goal has always been to help them become more explosive, more durable throughout the season, and to return to top form after unwanted injuries.
And I can tell you that it all comes down to making the right decisions when training.
Because soccer is such a multidirectional sport (not just running in straight lines) we need to strengthen our muscles and joints.
Actions like sprinting, jumping, closing down an attacker. All these require FORCE.
I wish I had created this program years ago, but I’m so happy with how it came out and I’m excited for all of you to give it a shot.
You need this program because there are too many distractions online telling you what to do. And most of these distractions have never worked at the highest level of professional soccer.
This program has been executed by USMNT players, MLS Champions and European legends in soccer. And the reason it is above and beyond any program out there, is because it was created exactly for your needs as a footballer.
You don’t need 6 days a week of strength training. This 3 day program is exactly what you need.
No more pressure to do 100 exercises each week because now you know the handful of exercises that transfer to the field.
Simply put, this program has filtered out everything you don’t need and only kept the gold standard of strength and conditioning for soccer players. You’re welcome!
MLS GOAL BREAKDOWN
Yet another wild weekend of MLS action, but this time no sighting of Leo Messi. So many great goals to choose from, but these two stood out as some of the best of the best:
Houston Dynamo Goal vs. St. Louis City: There is nothing I love more than an incredible team goal that is scored as close as possible. The Houston Dynamo did exact that in this highlight. By finding the extra pass in the box and letting the ball do the work, my former player Corey Baird gets an easy header for the goal. Efficient | WATCH
Leonardo Campana…🤯 Goal vs. ATL Utd: Leo Campana’s goal in the box was a thing of beauty. I’ve got mad respect for the control he has on the field and his ability to find the back of the net this weekend was incredible. Special | WATCH
